“The Creative Adult Is The Child Who Survived”

Art is not always about being able to draw a picture perfect portrait or even being able to draw at all. Art is about the meaning and the message you want to send out. And that may be for the single person viewing the piece or the millions of people interested. Art is a way to let your creativity flow.

“The creative adult is the child who survived.”

Some people think art is just making pretty pictures but that’s REALLY not the case. For me art is about being free and really providing a meaning to what you’re doing. There’s definitely more to it than people think. Art isn’t just paintings either. Art comes in many forms that people may not necessarily see them as. Photography, Graphics, Music etc.

“Art is not what you see but what you make others see.”

It can be interpreted in any way that the viewer wants it to be interpreted in. That’s the beauty of it. One piece can have many meanings and there may be a different meaning to different people. It can not only have different meanings but can also be a way to connect people. Give people something to bring them together.Image
